Job summary

Cubic³ is appointing a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy as the business scales internationally, enable its financial operations for growth and drive rigorous financial evaluation and due diligence across its M&A pipeline.

The CFO will own the group’s financial strategy, reporting, and controls, acting as a trusted commercial partner to the CEO and shareholders. The role is based in Sandyford, Dublin, with expansion plans and investor-facing capability at its core.

Qualifications

8–12 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including board-level reporting.
Experience operating across 5+ countries/currencies, with exposure to international tax/transfer pricing.
Track record of improving financial systems, controls or reporting in a scaling business.
Experience leading M&A due diligence, deal structuring or post-deal integration.
Exposure to telecom, connected mobility, or subscription/usage-based billing models is advantageous.
Prior CFO experience is valued but not required; strong candidates from deputy CFO/FD/head of finance welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Set and own the group’s financial strategy aligned with commercial and growth objectives.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling across the group.
Oversee consolidation and statutory reporting, and manage audit relationships.
Manage treasury, cash flow, liquidity and FX risk across markets.
Lead transfer pricing policy and international tax considerations.
Provide board-level financial reporting and governance; act as trusted advisor to CEO.
