Job summary

Cubic³ is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy as the business scales internationally from its head offices in Sandyford, Dublin, Ireland. The CFO will partner with the CEO and board on capital allocation, manage treasury and tax, and drive reporting, controls, and investor relations across multiple entities and markets.

The role includes expanding the finance function, strengthening governance, and evaluating acquisitions and partnerships as Cubic³ enters new markets.

Qualifications

• Professional accountancy qualification and board-level reporting experience.
• Degree-level education in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Experience across multiple countries or currencies and M&A familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the group's financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling across the group.
• Own statutory reporting, treasury and tax across entities and markets.
• Oversee mergers, acquisitions due diligence and post‑deal integration.
• Represent Cubic externally with investors, lenders and auditors.
