Job summary

Ilkari is seeking an experienced Compliance & Governance Manager to lead Ilkari's Group GRC framework across six jurisdictions in Europe and LATAM. The role reports to the Managing Legal Counsel and collaborates with Operations, Technology and Finance to assure regulatory compliance and certification readiness.

You will drive NIS2, GDPR, AML/KYC and AI governance initiatives, coordinating audits, policy updates and governance programmes across the Group while working in a lean, fast-moving

Qualifications

• 8+ years establishing and operating GRC frameworks within regulated or critical infrastructure environments.
• Degree in compliance, business administration, law or a related field.
• Experience managing internal/external audits and certification cycles; multi-jurisdictional framework adaptation (EU/EEA/LATAM).
• Fluent English; professional Spanish or Croatian highly valued but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve the Group GRC framework and policy governance across all jurisdictions.
• Coordinate Ilkari's NIS2 compliance programme and data protection across jurisdictions.
• Oversee certification programmes (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, etc.) and audit readiness.
• Lead governance during incidents and regulatory engagements; report to senior leaders.
