Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Fleet/Road Safety to develop and oversee global fleet safety programs across regions. You will ensure compliance, lead investigations, and drive continuous safety improvement while supporting sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities include policy development, data analysis, driver training coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement, operations and HR. Travel 20–30% is required.

Qualifications

• Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Transportation, or related field
• Required Years of Related Experience: 6-8+ years in fleet/road safety management or EHS
• Preferred: Master’s degree in relevant field

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain global fleet and road safety policies, procedures, and standards
• Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes for fleet/road safety events
• Analyze fleet safety data, trends, and KPIs; report findings to senior leadership and recommend improvements
• Coordinate driver training, qualification, and safety awareness programs across all regions
• Manage compliance with applicable transportation, road safety, and fleet regulations (local, regional, global)
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and HR to ensure safe vehicle selection, maintenance, and driver management
• Support sustainability initiatives related to fleet operations (e.g., emissions reduction, eco-driving)
