Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Experience supporting international or multi-country operations.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and governance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and business partnering support to international teams.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for regions.
• Analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, deliver insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
• Support pricing, investment, and profitability analyses.
