Job summary

Bank of America in Dublin seeks a Global Financial Crimes Specialist - Technology Support to strengthen investigations workflows, data processes, and system enhancements in line with regulatory expectations.

You will collaborate with GFC leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver changes, support investigative tools, and ensure controls remain optimised for compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial crimes investigations operations or AML roles.
• Understanding of financial crime typologies and monitoring concepts.
• Familiarity with investigations/case management platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Project coordination/support for testing and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support across investigations and case management platforms used by GFC teams.
• Refine transaction monitoring models and case workflows; document requirements and testing.
• Contribute to operational reporting, metrics, and data validation for governance.
• Identify process gaps and coordinate enhancements with technology partners.
• Act as SPOC for designated workstreams, ensuring clear communication and delivery.
