Job summary

Hollister Incorporated in Ballina is seeking an experienced accounting leader to manage day‑to‑day general accounting and statutory compliance for one or more entities. You will drive month‑end close, balance sheet integrity, and audit readiness.

The role partners with FP&A and business leaders to strengthen internal controls, support tax compliance, and provide insights on operating expenses and cash flow; you will lead an accounting team and coordinate with external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA) or equivalent.
• Experience in international/shared services environments with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close for assigned entities per GAAP/IFRS.
• Manage GL and sub-ledgers, ensure reconciliations and audit readiness.
• Coordinate statutory reporting and tax compliance with stakeholders.
• Prepare management reporting and KPI dashboards for Finance.
• Supervise accounting team and coordinate with external service providers.
