Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland is seeking a Fee Analyst to join the International Finance Operations team in Limerick. You will manage timely client billing for multiple entities, maintain client data, and drive accurate accruals for month-end close while coordinating with Client Services, New Business and Operations.

The role requires strong numeracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication to liaise with overseas partners and high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate client billing across Northern Trust entities working to strict reporting deadlines.
• Initial set-up and ongoing maintenance of client static data, ensuring correct interpretation of documented arrangements.
• Collection of fee debtors in a timely manner in line with agreed procedures including generation of payment instructions and banking entries.
• Responsible for timely completion of accruals as part of the month-end close process to ensure revenue is accurate and complete.
• Work with the New Business, Client Services, and Operations Teams to ensure all new/terminated business is captured in full, correctly accrued and invoiced within timelines.
• Timely communication and escalation of billing delays/issues.
• Regular liaison and development of strong relationships with Client Services and the Business.
• Responsibility for Client/Business/Finance queries ensuring timely resolution, documentation and escalation.
• Ensure adherence to SOX and audit requirements. Improve controls.
• Input to fee related internal & external audits.
• Participate as Subject Matter Expert in all fees related changes and projects.
