Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation, Customer Onboarding, Technical Project Management, or Operations Delivery.
• Direct exposure to global employment mechanics (Employer of Record, global payroll, employment law basics, or HR ops).
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder, multi-country projects using formal frameworks (PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and consultative leadership; comfortable steering calls with VP/C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 or high-growth enterprise companies.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and translate regulatory/operational realities into actionable steps for clients.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Onboarding: Manage multi-country EOR onboarding programs from HR Ops perspective.
• Single Point of Contact: Serve as primary ops partner for enterprise Customer POCs during implementation.
• Internal Alignment: Coordinate with regional HR Ops, Customer Success, and Sales to align resources.
• Compliance Oversight: Navigate international labor laws, visa requirements, benefits, and local contracts.
• Local Ops Integration: Translate in-country nuances into clear action plans while following local regs.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and resolve blockers, regulatory risks, and payroll delays across jurisdictions.
• Customer Success Partnership: Partner with CSMs to bridge delivery with account growth.
• Adoption & Happiness: Drive platform adoption and white-glove onboarding for admins and employees.
• Escalations & Problem-Solving: Act as escalation point for complex operational inquiries.
• Playbook Development: Create scalable implementation playbooks and workflows.
• Voice of Customer: Feed client requirements back into product roadmap.
