Meta is seeking an Employment Investigator to conduct thorough investigations across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. You will manage intake, interviews, background research, and debriefs, coordinating with Employment Law, HR, and Employee Relations to deliver clear findings.

Role emphasizes cross-regional collaboration, empathy, and the ability to present oral and written summaries to stakeholders, helping drive long-term compliant solutions and education programs.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting investigations that withstand legal scrutiny in multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience presenting findings to leadership or stakeholders.
• Ability to manage investigations end-to-end with strong data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end employment investigations across regions.
• Conduct intake meetings and interviews, document findings, and prepare debriefs.
• Collaborate with Employment Law, HR and Employee Relations to develop long-term solutions.
• Provide timely communication to all parties and maintain respectful, neutral tone.
