Job summary

Zoom is seeking a strategic Global Employment Lawyer to provide guidance on complex employment matters across EMEA and APAC. You will partner with HR and business leaders to navigate employee relations, compliance, and risk in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The role spans advisory work, policy development, and cross-border projects, including reorganizations and M&A. You will join a team that balances risk with a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Expertise in international employment law across EMEA and APAC jurisdictions.
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical, and commercially aligned advice.
• Navigate sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Advising on employment law matters across multiple EMEA and APAC jurisdictions, including employee relations, terminations, and disputes
• Partnering with HR and business leaders to develop compliant policies, processes, and training programs
• Managing employment litigation strategy and coordinating with external counsel on complex matters
• Supporting cross-border projects including reorganizations, M&A transactions, and Works Council engagements
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across Legal, People Experience, and business teams
• Stay up to date, and advise as needed, on legal developments across EMEA and APAC
