Job summary

Ascend PM, a pharmaceutical company based in West Dublin, is hiring an EHS Manager to lead enterprise EHS systems and ensure compliant performance across sites. The role partners with Commercial & Clinical teams and supports OUS operations, directing governance, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will drive safety culture, develop strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align EHSS priorities with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related Science field is required.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in EHS, preferably in manufacturing, facilities management or a research lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as business partner for Commercial & Clinical and all OUS activities / employees.
• Lead development and refresh of the overarching EHS strategy to align with company goals.
• Oversee EHS governance, audits and reporting to regulators and internal audit teams.

Education
