Occupli Limited in Ireland is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support compliance, risk management and continuous improvement within a regulated life sciences environment.

Working with technical, operational and project teams, you will lead EHS activities, conduct risk assessments, audits and incident investigations, and promote a proactive safety culture across the site in Dublin.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2–3 years' experience in an EHS role, ideally within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience in risk assessments, inspections, audit support and EHS documentation.
• Understanding of incident investigation, corrective actions and applicable EHS legislation.
• Knowledge of Irish regulatory requirements, including HSA and EPA standards, would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS policies, procedures and risk management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections and safety reviews, ensuring corrective actions are tracked through to completion.
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory compliance activities and audit-readiness programmes.
• Maintain accurate EHS documentation, compliance registers, performance metrics and reporting systems.
• Assist with incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide EHS guidance to operational, technical and project teams, supporting safe working practices and effective change management.
• Contribute to safety committees, employee engagement, training and awareness initiatives.
• Support environmental compliance, sustainability programmes and continuous improvement activities.
