Job summary

Signatus, Ireland's leading alternative legal solutions provider, seeks a Director of e-Discovery to oversee end-to-end services, manage a dynamic team, and drive process improvements across projects.

You will mentor staff, oversee discovery and DSAR projects, grow revenue with existing and new clients, and partner with the commercial team to expand client reach while maintaining high quality and adherence to budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in e-Discovery project management in law firms, vendors, or corporate/legal services.
• At least 4 years in a management/leadership role.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through account expansion and new client acquisition.
• Ability to coach and develop team members for growth and capability building.
• Strong data analysis skills and process-based approaches to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the e-Discovery project management team to ensure successful delivery of review projects and services.
• Mentor and onboard new team members for seamless integration and effectiveness.
• Oversee discovery and DSAR projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality outcomes.
• Serve as the organisation's e-Discovery expert and handle escalations and team queries.
• Establish consistent, efficient delivery processes and drive quality improvements.
• Identify opportunities for growth with existing and new clients to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagements.
• Lead business development with the commercial team to expand client reach.
• Monitor project margins to align with company standards and financial objectives.
