Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Technical Program Management in Ireland to lead a global TPM team across multiple programs, driving delivery from inception to completion. You will coordinate with engineering, product and governance groups to ensure end-to-end success with robust metrics and dashboards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, advanced technical depth, and stakeholder management to improve delivery quality and cycle times within Mastercard's secure delivery environment.

• Ability to remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of TPMs to conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple programs.
• Plan, execute, and deliver from inception to completion for technology products or programs.
• Maintain end-to-end delivery through engineering and dependent teams.
• Ensure ALM data quality and establish delivery dashboards ( intake, WIP, capacity, throughput, lead time, cycle time).
• Manage queue health, backlog grooming, and prioritization; write initial user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Foster lean processes, remove blockers, and coach the team for high performance.
