Job summary

Everseen is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead a distributed, follow-the-sun L3 support team for edge/on-prem and cloud platforms. You will drive reliable operations at scale, establish processes, and enable fast, high-quality resolutions across time zones.

You will partner with DevOps engineering to automate workflows, improve incident handling, and deliver cutting-edge cloud and edge solutions for global retailers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a DevOps Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience across OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Strong automation and CI/CD experience with IaC tooling.
• Proven ability to lead cross-timezone teams and manage incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a distributed DevOps Operations team (L3 support).
• Own incident and change management across regions and time zones.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate workflows and tooling.
• Drive improvements aligned with business goals.
