Job summary

Dolby in Dublin is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Delivery Engineering to lead a globally distributed Delivery Engineering team within Customer Success. You will ensure on-time delivery, technical quality, and successful customer engagements across Dolby Cloud Solutions.

Reporting to the head of Customer Success, you will partner with Engineering and Sales, supervise complex onboardings, and drive improvements in delivery processes and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in customer-facing technical roles with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical implementations and meet go-live dates.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Swift, React and media delivery tech.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end media delivery workflows (HLS/DASH/DRM/CDN) and related troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery Engineering team—globally distributed—ensuring on-time delivery and post-go-live stability.
• Own project portfolio and PS governance, manage capacity, sequencing, and engagements.
• Partner with Presales as a technical design advisor on integration patterns and architectures.
• Coordinate with CS, Sales, and cross-functional teams on engagements, readiness, and handoffs.
• Drive AI adoption to improve delivery capacity and project tracking.
