Qualifications

• Requires MS/BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 8+ years of industry experience in security, IP or related fields.
• Strong strategic and tactical thinking with a results focus.
• Evangelist for new ideas; persuasive communicator across levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Dolby’s IP Security vision and value proposition.
• Drive consensus across multiple stakeholder teams to gain buy-in on security solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers; oversee performance, growth and career development.
• Define processes/tools for secure code development and minimize vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain forward-looking IP Security strategy and roadmaps.
• Drive security controls development using agile methods and AI tools.
