Google LLC is seeking a Director of Economic Community and Workforce Development to lead the company’s data center economic development program. You will shape strategies, drive workforce development, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to expand Google’s data center footprint globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of economic development experience in a corporate setting or equivalent.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience developing B2B partnerships.
• Ability to communicate fluently in 3 regional languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead global economic development program for data centers.
• Develop and execute economic development strategies and workforce development programs.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support Google’s data center growth.
• Advocate for development and manage global data center portfolio.
• Embed community and workforce development best practices across the organization.
