Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Global CSC Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives in the Global Customer Supply Chain. You will collaborate with Global & Regional CSC Heads and cross‑functional partners across Planning, Commercial, IT, Digital, Data & Analytics and Finance to align priorities and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Program Management, Supply Chain, Customer Supply Chain, Consulting or related functions.
• Project Management and/or Change Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Prosci) with excellent project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional digital transformation initiatives, including process automation and AI-enabled business improvements, in a global matrixed organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive storytelling skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience developing business cases, establishing governance and KPIs, and measuring transformation success through ROI and benefits realization.
• Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change and driving adoption of new processes, tools or ways of working.
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, strong ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic transformation initiatives by leading end-to-end business process redesign (BPR) and evolving operating models to simplify, standardize and optimize the Global Customer Supply Chain organization.
