Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, transformation, capability development, analytics, process excellence or master data governance.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional transformation agendas within a global or matrixed organisation.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, master data, SAP-enabled planning processes and end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Experience partnering with Data & Analytics, Technology or Product teams to scope, design, test, deploy and adopt analytics or digital solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, shape strategic roadmaps and deliver measurable business value through process and capability change.
  • Experience implementing planning best practices across multiple sites, hubs or geographies preferred.

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Capability & Innovation Senior Manager is accountable for defining and leading the strategic capability agenda for PGCS Supply Chain. The role exists to simplify, standardise and automate end-to-end Supply Chain processes, strengthen Supply Chain Master Data Governance, and ensure that analytics, digital and process investments are aligned to business priorities and measurable value creation.

The role acts as the primary Supply Chain business interface with central PGCS D&AI, leading portfolio scoping, solution design input, prioritisation, agile delivery support, business testing and adoption. The role also leads Demand Planning best practice implementation across PGCS International Hubs, with a primary focus on Ireland and Singapore.

Responsibilities
Supply Chain Capability Strategy and Transformation Leadership
  • Define and lead the Supply Chain Capability, Innovation and Process Excellence roadmap for PGCS.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
  • Translate business priorities into practical capability programmes that improve service, inventory, productivity and planning effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Technology and D&AI.
  • Act as a senior advisor to Supply Chain leadership on process maturity, digital enablement and capability development.
Master Data Governance Leadership
  • Own the Supply Chain Master Data Governance agenda, including governance model, stewardship approach, process controls and accountability framework.
  • Improve quality, ownership and usability of Supply Chain master data across material, BOM, vendor, planning and related data domains.
  • Partner with central data, technology and functional stakeholders to align MDG priorities with enterprise data and transformation objectives.
  • Establish routines, standards and performance measures that sustain master data quality and governance maturity.
  • Represent Supply Chain requirements in relevant data governance, technology and process forums.
Supply Chain Analytics Portfolio
  • Support the alignment of SC analytics and ways of working with global D&AI operating model.
  • Support agile delivery through backlog input, sprint engagement, business testing, acceptance criteria and issue resolution.
  • Ensure analytics and digital products are deployed effectively, adopted by users and measured against business value outcomes.
End-to-End Process Simplification, Standardisation and Automation
  • Lead the redesign of Supply Chain processes to remove complexity, reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
  • Establish common process standards and best practices across relevant international Supply Chain operations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, workflow enablement, advanced analytics and AI-supported decision making.
  • Partner with functional and technology teams to embed controls, standard work and sustainable process ownership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning, inventory, master data, customer collaboration and operational decision processes.
Demand Planning Best Practice Deployment
  • Define and lead the Demand Planning capability improvement agenda across PGCS International Hubs, with primary focus on Ireland and Singapore.
  • Deploy best practice forecasting, demand review, governance and performance management processes.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and D&AI teams to improve demand signal quality and planning discipline.
  • Support the development and adoption of analytics-enabled forecasting and demand planning decision support.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, bias management, planning stability and cross-functional demand alignment.
Change Leadership and Capability Building
  • Lead adoption of new processes, tools, analytics solutions and digital ways of working across Supply Chain teams.
  • Build organisational capability through training, coaching, playbooks, governance routines and structured change plans.
  • Develop approaches that accelerate knowledge capture and reduce reliance on fragmented or individual SME knowledge.
  • Champion data-driven decision making, standard work and continuous improvement across the PGCS Supply Chain community.
  • Ensure capability changes are embedded sustainably with clear ownership, adoption metrics and leadership sponsorship.
Senior Stakeholder and Matrix Leadership
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, D&AI, Technology, Finance, Operations and international hub leadership.
  • Align diverse stakeholder groups around shared priorities, resourcing choices and transformation outcomes.
  • Balance global standardisation with practical hub-level adoption requirements.
  • Represent Supply Chain needs in enterprise transformation and technology discussions.
  • Lead through influence in a complex, matrixed and international environment.
Qualifications
Education
