Job summary

Amicus Search & Recruitment is assisting an international law firm in Dublin to hire Associates and Senior Associates into its Corporate team. The role offers variety across M&A, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work with global clients.

You will work closely with partners on cross-border matters, mentor junior colleagues and enjoy early responsibility in a dynamic, international environment. Qualified solicitors with solid corporate experience are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with solid corporate experience.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Comfortable handling cross-border matters.
• Interest in international work and growing a Dublin practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions.
• Lead or support deals from diligence to closing, including negotiating documents.
• Collaborate with partners and international colleagues on cross-border matters.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to Dublin practice growth.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members (Senior Associate level).
