Job summary

Marsh seeks a senior leader for Digital Content and Search Lead to shape global strategy across content and search ecosystems from our Dublin office. You will define governance, operating models, and AI-enabled workflows to drive personalization, testing, and optimization at scale, interfacing with Practice and Regional Marketing teams.

You will influence platform roadmaps, ensure editorial standards, and deliver executive-level insights, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Experience governing AI-enabled workflows and agents.
• Ability to use data and KPIs to drive prioritization and experiments.
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, search and paid search tech, analytics tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of content governance, SEO/AEO, accessibility, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and own global strategy for digital content and search.
• Define AI-enabled workflows and tooling to support content enrichment and optimization.
• Use analytics to drive personalization, journeys, and A/B testing at scale.
• Oversee editorial standards, accessibility, brand alignment, localization, and site health.
• Align CMS templates, components, and tooling with governance on roadmaps.
