TELUS Digital is seeking a meticulous Quality Analyst to uphold high standards of quality and compliance across our client's platform. The role sits fully onsite in the Sandyford office, with 5 days per week and a start date in October 2026.

The position includes a base salary of €36,000 with potential up to 10% performance bonus, reflecting a permanent, full-time opportunity in Ireland. You will work across four compliance streams, ensuring licensing, data privacy, IP and regulatory obligations

Keen eye for catching non-compliance and inconsistencies
Make quick, informed decisions based on guidelines and policies
Excel at managing workflows and staying highly organized
Articulate complex issues clearly and professionally

Responsibilities

Specialize in one of four compliance streams (COPS, SRO, Privacy Ops, IP Ops)
Review licensing/regulatory obligations and block/remove content as needed
Support GDPR, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA compliance activities and data privacy requests
Investigate and validate trademark and copyright claims; identify policy gaps and improvements
