Job summary

Google Dublin is seeking a Share Egregious Harms Analyst, Child Safety to help enforce global policy and scale CSAM workflows across products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. You will partner with Policy, Product, Engineering and Legal teams to drive scalable harm mitigation and operational excellence at Google speed.

The role requires reviewing sensitive content, leading cross-regional initiatives, and delivering data-driven improvements while maintaining high quality and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in global operations teams working with multiple stakeholders in a trust and safety or technical environment.
• Experience reviewing sensitive content and managing escalation workflows under strict quality and timeliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee high-quality content reviews and enforcement of child safety global policy.
• Set up, scale, and operationalize global workflows and review pipelines for child safety workflows (CSAM).
• Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders—including Policy, Product, Engineering and Legal to build alignment and optimize operations.
• Lead projects involving multiple stakeholders with the ability to improve harm detection systems and mitigate risks.
• Review graphic or sensitive content in line with Google's policies as part of core role.
