Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in global operations teams working with multiple stakeholders in a trust and safety or technical environment.
• Experience reviewing sensitive content and managing escalation workflows under strict quality and timeliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and fight abuse and fraud across Google products with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive strategies for scaled harms mitigation operations workflow lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Trust and Safety engineers and product managers to understand workflow and prioritization.
• Demonstrate investigative thinking with data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
