Job summary

Nitro Software is seeking a Sr Manager Channel Operations & Partner Programs to own the operating infrastructure for Nitro’s partner ecosystem, scale globally, and drive channel revenue. You will work across Channel, RevOps, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Partner Experience to ensure clean data, efficient processes, and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes building scalable workflows, improving partner onboarding, and delivering actionable reporting.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Program Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on Salesforce experience; familiarity with partner portals, marketplace platforms, and partner ecosystem tools.
Experience building and managing CRM workflows, partner onboarding, deal registration, rebates, incentives, and reporting.
Experience operating across global regions (North America, EMEA, APAC) and driving scalable channel programs.

Responsibilities

Own operational foundation for Nitro’s global channel business across regions.
Design scalable processes for onboarding, deal registration, and partner lifecycle management.
Improve Salesforce workflows related to partner accounts, routing, and reporting.
Manage partner portal structure, content, and resources.
Operate channel program components including rebates, MDF, and tiering.
Build dashboards and provide executive-ready insights on channel performance.
Apply AI, automation to streamline operations and improve partner experience.
