Job summary

Ornua is seeking a Capital Expenditure Manager (Global) to lead the enterprise capital investment portfolio across the organisation. You will govern investment proposals, drive standardised processes, and provide challenge at key decision gates to ensure strategic alignment and value realization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in capital investment, engineering and project/programme management.
• Degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience developing and challenging business cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise Capex governance framework and stage-gate processes.
• Oversee the capital portfolio from concept through delivery and handover with robust assurance.
• Provide executive updates on portfolio status, risks and investment decisions.
• Build cross-functional capex capability and establish standards across manufacturing locations.
