Job summary

Apple seeks an experienced procurement/order management professional to drive end‑to‑end Buy/Sell activities. You will coordinate sourcing with GSSMs, manage orders, and ensure data integrity across SAP systems while collaborating with Finance and other teams to resolve supplier and manufacturer issues.

The role requires adaptability, cross‑time‑zone collaboration, and a strong focus on process improvement and supplier performance.

Qualifications

Experience in a procurement or order management role with knowledge of procurement policies.
Experience using SAP within a procurement or supply chain environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in report creation and data management.
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners.
Ability to operate on own initiative in a flexible and dynamic organisation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Buy/Sell purchasing activities with GSSMs, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and related functions.
Manage Sales Orders and release Purchase Orders end to end.
Ensure PO/SO accuracy for pricing, part number and quantity.
Monitor ASNs and Goods Receipts daily to address gaps.
Collaborate with Finance and other teams to resolve supplier issues.
Close Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and price adjustments.
Manage release of inventory from Apple hubs to manufacturers.
Maintain data integrity in SAP and purchasing systems.
