Job summary

Apple is seeking a results-driven professional to design and implement process and systems solutions that meet dynamic business needs, partnering with IS&T to deliver critical projects. You will apply project management methods to lead multi-functional initiatives from discovery to deployment.

You will champion regional execution and global alignment, build stakeholder consensus, and drive lean, automated workflows to remove bottlenecks across ERP and supply chain platforms.

Description

In this role, you will devise and implement process and systems solutions that meet the needs of our dynamic business conditions, and partner with our IS&T team to deliver these solutions. Applying project management methodology to support the completion of key projects, you will lead and handle multi-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with IS&T and Supply Chain leadership to conceive, architect, and deploy transformative systems solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Champion and manage key technology and systems initiatives from initial discovery through design, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
• Spearhead both regional execution and global alignment, ensuring seamless process integration across systems and business units.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, navigating complex organisational landscapes to forge consensus on scope, roadmap priorities, and architecture.
• Challenge the status quo by introducing fresh perspectives, lean principles, and automated workflows to solve entrenched operational bottlenecks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven track record in designing, scaling, and optimising robust business workflows and ERP and supply chain system architectures.
• Experience leveraging analytics, metrics, and business intelligence to identify root causes, justify investments, and guide strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated success acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, managing diverse cross-functional priorities, and aligning conflicting roadmaps.
• Communication skills with the ability to synthesise complex technical details into concise narratives for executive leadership while building consensus across multi-functional teams.
• Adept at delivering results in fast-paced, rapidly shifting environments, with the ability to define structure and drive momentum where paths are undefined.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with emerging technologies, automation, and modernising legacy processes to build scalable capabilities.
• Ability to operate across both operational detail and broader strategic vision simultaneously.
• Experience working in an Operations, Supply Chain, Customer, or Systems environment.
• Demonstrated interest in process innovation and emerging technologies, evidenced through applied projects or professional experience.
• A degree in Business Studies, Humanities, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be fully considered
