ICON Clinical Research Ltd is seeking a Senior Director, Biometrics to provide strategic leadership across biometrics for a dedicated client partnership, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance and delivery across global programs.

You will build partnerships with senior client stakeholders, serving as the primary biometrics escalation point, and align biometrics strategy with business objectives and portfolio needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive leadership and biometrics experience including biostatistics and statistical programming.
• Proven success managing strategic client relationships in CRO/pharma/biotech environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance across biometrics delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain partnerships with senior client stakeholders as the primary biometrics escalation point.
• Align biometrics strategy with business objectives, clinical priorities, and future portfolio needs.
• Drive operational excellence through oversight of delivery performance, planning, risk management, and quality metrics.
• Lead global, cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution across complex clinical programs.
• Support long-term account success via proactive planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and opportunities to enhance value.
• Champion innovation and best practices to support high-quality clinical development.
