Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial business partnering; ability to influence decisions and drive performance.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning; proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and drive change.
• Track record delivering financial insights that improve business outcomes and support long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives and profitability.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making and resource allocation across departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
