Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Manager, Procurement – Single Use Technology, Biologics to join a global supply chain team. The role focuses on strategic supplier relationships, sourcing events, and contract execution across biologics single-use technologies.

Hybrid work is available across multiple international sites, including Cork and Zug. Successful candidates will have at least five years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of improving

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier performance or contract management.
• Ability to lead sourcing projects and negotiate commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic SUT supplier relationships with performance governance and issue escalation.
• Lead sourcing events and negotiation for SUT materials and projects.
• Develop supplier contracts and manage commercial terms with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to global SUT category strategy and supplier diversification initiatives.
• Support risk management and continuity planning across sites and geographies.
