Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine division seeks a Senior Manager, VCEx Innovation & Digital Intelligence, a hybrid role located in Titusville, NJ with alternate hybrid locations including Cork, Beerse, Horsham or Zug. The role leads the strategy, development and deployment of digital capabilities to support end-to-end supply chain and decision-making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering, SCM, IT or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in digital, supply chain or related functions.
• Experience leading digital products, business transformation, or enterprise capabilities in a complex matrix.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Digital Value Chain strategy and product delivery roadmap.
• Advance modeling with Digital Twin, simulation and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Digital & Technology, and Data Science to implement solutions.
• Promote Agile product management practices and drive adoption across business units.
