Job summary
The Clorox Company in Dublin is seeking a Senior Performance Intelligence leader to build and scale KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and process intelligence across Global Business Services. You will translate business priorities into measurable outcomes, lead through influence, and partner with EDT, GPOs, and external delivery partners to improve enterprise decision making.

Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise KPI frameworks and dashboards.
- Strong data validation and governance capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead across GBS/EDT and external partners.
- Proficient in SQL and analytics tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale the GBS Performance Intelligence capability.
- Define and govern enterprise performance metrics.
- Translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Lead vendor and partner delivery activities.
- Enable process intelligence across critical processes.
- Hands-on data validation, KPI reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Drive adoption and value realization of analytics products.
- Establish reusable practices and governance.
