Job summary

The Clorox Company in Dublin is seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Lead for Global Business Services (GBS). On-site, full-time role focused on building and scaling performance management and process intelligence capabilities.

You will partner with Finance, EDT, and GPOs to define KPI frameworks, enterprise reporting, data governance, and actionable insights to drive measurable business value across functions. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytics and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise KPI frameworks and performance management.
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable analytics.
• Strong governance and reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP/reporting ecosystems (SAP S/4HANA, SAC).
• Knowledge of data modeling and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale GBS Performance Intelligence capability including KPI frameworks and dashboards.
• Define enterprise metrics with governance and lineage.
• Translate requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Lead vendor and partner delivery with governance and acceptance criteria.
• Enable process intelligence across critical business processes.
