Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Business Analysis Manager (BAM) to align UKG and ADP capabilities with global HR, payroll, and operations objectives. You will own platform roadmaps, drive improvements, and support multi-country deployments across production and future initiatives.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to optimize workforce management and payroll systems, ensure compliance, and lead cross-functional initiatives. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in HR, payroll, workforce management, or enterprise systems.
• Experience managing enterprise platforms in production with governance and improvements.
• Ability to drive process improvements and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in roadmap planning, release management, and feature delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage UKG and ADP functional domains aligned to business goals.
• Drive workforce management and payroll technology roadmap and expansions.
• Own platform roadmaps, drive improvements, and ensure compliant scalable solutions.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and vendors to optimize processes.
• Lead planning and prioritization of system enhancements with resources.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams for WFM and payroll.
• Support production countries through issue resolution and governance activities.
• Provide functional design, testing, and transition-to-support for country rollouts.
• Collaborate across HR tech ecosystem including UKG, ADP, Workday integrations.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and documentation requirements.
• Document requirements, configurations, testing, and operational processes.
