Job summary

Achuman Capital Limited is working with a tier-one Irish law firm to appoint an Associate Solicitor for the Asset & Aviation Finance team in Dublin. You will advise on high-profile multi-jurisdictional asset and aviation finance matters, including securitisations of aircraft portfolios, CLOs, acquisitions and financings.

The role requires 1-4 PQE with a strong background in asset and aviation finance, outstanding academics, technical excellence, and a willingness to participate in business

We are working with a tier-one Irish law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Asset & Aviation Finance team within their Dublin office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join an award-winning Asset Management & Aviation Finance practice, advising a wide range of financial clients in some of the most high-profile multi-jurisdictional asset, aviation finance, and leasing transactions in the market. The candidate’s duties will include advising on securitisations of aircraft lease portfolios, aircraft CLOs, acquisitions and financings, and establishing aircraft leasing and joint venture companies within Ireland.

The candidate will play a key supporting role in one of Ireland’s leading Aviation Finance team, advising on a range of high-profile and cross-border matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

• 1-4 PQE;
