Bear Robotics, Inc. in Dublin, Ireland is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our global Finance team, owning audit, tax, and statutory reporting.

The role focuses on end-to-end statutory audits, tax filings across jurisdictions, and US GAAP/IFRS technical accounting, with hands-on responsibility and cross-region collaboration. You will build controls, support fundraising/M&A information requests, and partner with Sales, Legal, People Ops and Supply Chain to enable growth across geographies.

Qualifications

• Direct experience owning a statutory audit relationship end-to-end.
• Experience in managing tax compliance and Corporate Tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience implementing process improvements and leveraging technology to automate processes.
• Maintaining compliance of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Expertise with US GAAP and ability to prepare technical accounting memos.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices and regulations.
• Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple time zones.
• Willingness to work in Dublin, Ireland office and travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory audit relationships across entities and serve as primary contact for auditors.
• Oversee Tax Compliance and Corporate Tax filings across jurisdictions with external advisors.
• Prepare Statutory and Group Financial Statements.
• Own Equity Accounting and share-based compensation crosscharges.
• Support fundraising and M&A information requests.
• Build partnerships with Sales, Legal, People Ops and Supply Chain to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with global financial and tax filing requirements.
• Support financial statements for US and international subsidiaries.
• Assist ERP implementation and finance transformation.
• Perform US GAAP and IFRS technical accounting analyses.
• Maintain accounting policies and procedures.
