Job summary

Bear Robotics, based in Dublin, Ireland, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead our global Finance team with responsibility for audit, tax, and statutory reporting. You will own audit relationships, manage tax compliance across jurisdictions, and prepare statutory financial statements.

The role expands to Transfer Pricing, equity accounting, SBC crosscharges, and company secretarial compliance as you interact with global entities. A hands-on, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Direct experience owning a statutory audit relationship end-to-end across entities.
• Experience in managing tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience in implementing process improvements and leveraging technology to automate processes.
• Demonstrated track record maintaining compliance and good standing of legal entities across jurisdictions.
• Expertise with US GAAP and ability to prepare technical accounting memos.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory audit relationships as primary contact for auditors.
• Own Tax Compliance and CT accounting across jurisdictions with external advisors.
• Prepare Statutory and Group Financial Statements.
• Oversee Equity Accounting and share-based compensation crosscharges.
