Job summary

Bear Robotics, Inc. seeks an Accounting Manager to join its global Finance team in Dublin, Ireland.

You will lead statutory audits, own tax compliance, and prepare group financial statements across entities, with scope to expand into Transfer Pricing and Company Secretarial duties over time. This hands-on role requires strong accounting knowledge, cross‑border experience, and the ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• Direct experience owning a statutory audit relationship end-to-end and exposure to NetSuite.
• Experience in managing tax compliance and multi-jurisdiction filings.
• Experience implementing process improvements and automating processes.
• Proven track record maintaining compliance of legal entities across jurisdictions.
• Expertise with US GAAP and ability to prepare technical memos.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and project-manage statutory audit relationships for all entities.
• Own and oversee Tax Compliance and CT filings across jurisdictions.
• Prepare Statutory and Group Financial Statements.
• Oversee Equity Accounting and SBC crosscharges as applicable.
• Support fundraising/M&A information requests and Board reporting.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships to support growth and ERP initiatives.
