Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a German-speaking Market Researcher to join our East Galway, office-based team. You will conduct market research using the internet, trade publications, and internal databases, and you'll speak with companies in German and English-speaking regions to qualify market intelligence.

You’ll be part of a large multilingual team yet will handle individual tasks with training provided. The role offers a full-time permanent contract and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Excellent MS Office skills and ability to work in a corporate office.
• Interest in internet research and telephone outreach; training provided.
• Able to compile and conduct global market research.

About Your New German Speaking Research Job

• This Research job is office based and collaborating with a large team (approx. 75+ ) of multi-lingual Market Researchers.
• Although you will be part of an experienced team, you will be working individually by researching the market through the use of the internet, trade magazines, other media and internal databases.
• To ensure that the data you gather is accurate, you will also speak to companies in your region (eg German and English speaking countries) and ask them to qualify market intelligence.

What Skills You Need

• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Excellent office skills (including MS Office) and experience of working in a corporate office environment.
• A keen interest in conducting research via the internet and over the telephone. Prior Market Research experience is not essential as full training and development will be given.
• A genuine interest in working with people, you will be compiling and conducting research globally and working on a variety of interesting projects.
• A friendly and professional team player who enjoys working autonomously.

What’s on Offer with this German Research Job

• Full time permanent position with a competitive salary package (OTE of 39k in your first year). This consists of a base salary of 32k plus monthly uncapped bonuses.
• Office hours, 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm on a Friday.
