Job summary

Emerald Locums is recruiting General Practitioners for a well-established GP practice in Donegal to provide cover over the busy Christmas and New Year period. Daytime sessions are available with potential weekend and public holiday shifts, offering flexibility for full or partial availability during the period.

The role targets GPs registered with the Irish Medical Council, with indemnity in place and experience in Irish General Practice.

Qualifications

• Registered on the Specialist Division of the Irish Medical Council as a General Practitioner.
• Current professional indemnity insurance.
• Experience working in Irish General Practice.
• Experience using Socrates practice software desirable.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Daytime General Practice sessions.
• Cover required between 21st December 2026 and 2nd January 2027.
