Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Ireland, is seeking a General Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role is on a 2 cycle shift pattern and involves operating folding machines and glue systems while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will read and follow written instructions, demonstrate strong numeracy and good English communication, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Prior experience is desirable but not essential.

At Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) we are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Operator to join our team!

This position is on a 2 cycle shift pattern

Key Responsibilities Include:

Operating various format folding machines including miniature, outsert and large format folding machines, working with various glue systems across machines, performing scheduled maintenance and following safety procedure and quality SOP’s , ensuring customer specifications are met.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail, basic numeracy, effective communication skills, ability to read, understand and follow written instructions, good English (written and oral), and the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
