Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Ireland, is seeking a General Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role is on a 2 cycle shift pattern and involves operating folding machines and glue systems while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will read and follow written instructions, demonstrate strong numeracy and good English communication, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Prior experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and numeracy; read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate various folding machines (miniature, outsert, large format) and manage glue systems across machines.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and follow safety and quality SOPs; ensure customer specs are met.
