The Ideal Candidate

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous nursery, gardening, landscaping, agricultural or yard experience is an advantage but full training will be provided
• A full driving licence would be an advantage
