Job summary

Flexsource is recruiting a General Operative in Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork, to join a busy operations team. The role covers grounds maintenance, cleaning, machinery operation, and day‑to‑day site support, with outdoor work in varying weather.

You will work 40 hours per week on a permanent contract, with 5/7 days including weekends. Global duties include operating machinery and ensuring a safe, tidy environment at the site.

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence.
• B+E licence preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Comfortable working with machinery and vehicles.
• Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual duties.
• Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

About the Role

Flexsource is currently recruiting for a General Operative to join a busy operations team in Carrigtwohill.

This is a varied, hands‑on role involving grounds maintenance, general upkeep, cleaning, machinery operation and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities
