Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking a tradesperson with extensive plumbing experience for a full-time, on-site role in Dublin Docklands. The successful candidate will support planned, predictive and corrective maintenance of the building’s essential plant and equipment, reporting to the Property & Facilities Operations Manager.

40 hours per week, collaborative team environment, strong records management expected. The position requires 5+ years in commercial plumbing, knowledge of HVAC and safety

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in plumbing installation, repairs, and general maintenance in a commercial environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems (hot, cold, and drainage water services)
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS controls, and gas-fed equipment with appropriate safety certification
• Proven experience working in a commercial office or five-star development setting
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with IT systems and email
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate on-site records and communicate clearly with management
• Professional manner with a commitment to maintaining corporate image and delivering excellent occupier and visitor experience

Aramark Property are currently recruiting a tradesperson who has plumbing experience working in a commercial environment. The successful candidate will be based at a client’s office block building in Dublin Docklands 40 hours per week along with five other Aramark Property employees. The ideal candidate will report to the Property & Facilities Operations Manager also based full time on site. The role involves planned, predictive and corrective maintenance and repairs to prolong the useful life of the building’s essential plant and equipment.
