Job summary

Aramark Property is recruiting a tradesperson with plumbing experience for a client office block in Dublin Docklands. This full-time, on-site role involves maintaining essential plant and equipment across a commercial environment.

You will report to the Property & Facilities Operations Manager, perform planned, predictive and corrective maintenance, and contribute to a safe, well-run occupier experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in plumbing installation, repairs, and general maintenance in a commercial environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems (hot, cold, and drainage water services)
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS controls, and gas-fed equipment with appropriate safety certification
• Proven experience working in a commercial office or five-star development setting
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with IT systems and email
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate on-site records and communicate clearly with management
• Professional manner with a commitment to maintaining corporate image and delivering excellent occupier and visitor experience

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned, predictive and corrective maintenance and repairs to prolong the useful life of the building’s essential plant and equipment
• Support on-site record keeping and reporting to management
• Coordinate with facilities and operations teams to ensure minimal disruption to occupiers
