Job summary

Aramark Property is seeking a tradesperson with plumbing experience for a Dublin Docklands on-site role. You will join a small team and report to the Property & Facilities Operations Manager, performing planned, predictive and preventive maintenance on essential building plant and equipment.

The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, based at a client’s office block, with on-site responsibilities and a focus on delivering high occupier and visitor experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in plumbing installation, repairs, and general maintenance in a commercial environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems (hot, cold, and drainage water services).
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS controls, and gas-fed equipment with appropriate safety certification.
• Proven experience working in a commercial office or five-star development setting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with IT systems and email.
• Strong organisational skills with on-site records and clear communication with management.
• Professional manner with a commitment to corporate image and occupier/visitor experience.
